Time for an old fasion blog hop - SUN style ;)

Yup, it's that time again! You've stumbled upon me either from a bookmark or the SUN blog. This time around, the fabulous designers at SUN have teamed up with the fabulous desingers at SO to bring you one of the biggest collaborations I think we've ever done! Long time no post :)

Man o' man time flies when you're working on things!

Let's see, since the last post, I've debuted at Inspiration Lane :) I am so excited about this! I get to work with my bestest buddy Jenn again! YAY! Jenn is a paper Goddess whom I've loved since I started digi! The first paper pack I ever bought was from Jenn when she was at TDC. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the papers! I still do. And it was only recently I had the courage to use them. Sad, I know. But they are so incredibly awesome IMO!

In the last month, I've collabed my but off and been working on a project I am hoping to debute this weekend for DSD! The project would be totally cute for quick home made gifts for loved ones for the holidays and is a simple project so if you haven't tried hybrid, this would be an awesome first project!
The newest collab that's out is "Snow Much Fun Being Friends" that I did along with Chris Young. We did this in a night last month and I just love the colors in this kit!

I have also released the first two template sets in a series I am calling "Inspirational" as they are all going to be exclusive to Inspiration Lane - so you always know where to find them ;)
"Inspiration Doubles" are doubles - lol - that I've packaged as actual doubles and singles as well. I love doubles that aren't overly busy and are set up to where anything "impartant" is away from where the page needs bleed for printing. I may carry a paper across bleed areas, but I try really hard on keeping journaling and photos away - the really important parts of our craft!

I created "Inspiration White Space" using some of my layouts I've done since being on the team at Inspiration Lane. I am by far not the best scrapper, but I figured I would attempt to go backwards and work off of already finished layouts for a change. I like the way they turned out :)

OK so next up is the blog blg train SUN has teamed up with SO for to celebrate Halloweern! Let me tell you - you do not want to miss this!

For bearing with me and all my news, I've made a freebie with one of the Project Sunshine swatches.... actually, a full blown kit is coming, but I've pulled upper case and lower case letters from the alphas to share with you :) They are vellum with a glitterish foil outline. I did a complete set in every color - I'm an alpha addict.

Kellie Puddy surprised me with it today with the reopening of CLD's shop! It's totaly hot I think.

Speaking of CLD's reopening - I am totally excited and I think after we broke the shop the first go around, we got it right this time and I am loving how the shop looks now! And to celebrate, everything in my CLD shop is on sale :)

Next up - I am hosting the next Speed Scrap this week at SUN :) I love speed scraps and I am a tad nervous hosting it, but I am sure we will have a blast! So if you have some time, check it out Friday night in the Sun chatroom!

I whipped up two additional papers, two flair buttons and something different. I wanted to do glitter - but it didn't work for me. And after some playing I came up with circle mats - one 12 x 12 inch the other 12 x 6 inch - I thought they were fun and I wish I had thought of it for the kit - my loss - your gain :)
